What can the report include?
Observations by room or space, issues identified and organized photographic evidence. The format, recorded elements and video, if needed, are confirmed in the quote.
Do you work with houses, fincas and commercial premises?
You can ask about apartments, houses, country properties or fincas, commercial premises and other properties. The scope depends on the property type, location and access arrangements.
Do you also coordinate repairs?
Yes. You can request support to coordinate maintenance or repairs. Before starting, we define the activities, who carries them out and the included follow-up. Specialist tasks require appropriately qualified personnel.
Does the review include a structural diagnosis?
Inventories and inspections record visible conditions. Structural diagnoses, expert appraisals and specialist certifications require a separate evaluation by the appropriate professional.
How do I request a quote?
Complete the form with the service, municipality and a brief description. You can review the request and send it to Angela through WhatsApp. Coverage, scope, price and availability are confirmed with you; the form does not book an appointment.
