Does KADANA carry out every repair?
It depends on the intervention and the confirmed scope. Before work begins, we define what KADANA coordinates, who performs each task and when a third party or qualified specialist is required.
Can I request repairs based on a report?
Yes. You can share the documented issues so we can review the need and define a coordination proposal. The intervention is agreed separately and is not automatically included in an inventory or inspection.
How are the price and schedule defined?
We review the type of work, location, access and responsible parties needed. The price, schedule and conditions are confirmed in the proposal before you accept the service.
Does this include rental or full property management?
Maintenance coordination has a specific scope. It does not automatically include collecting rent, selecting tenants, managing contracts or full property management. We confirm the activities you need in the quote.
