YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Before
we begin.
What counts as an issue?
An observable condition worth recording, such as visible damage, deterioration or a change to an element. We describe what was observed during the visit without assigning causes or responsibilities that have not been established.
Will the inspection determine what caused the damage?
The inspection records what is visible. Identifying hidden causes or providing a technical diagnosis may require testing and a specialist evaluation beyond the scope of this visual review.
Can you help arrange a repair after the report?
Yes. If an intervention is needed after the record is completed, you can request a separate scope for maintenance or repair coordination.
Does this include structural inspection, thermal imaging or installation certification?
These are outside this visual review. Structural assessment, equipment-based testing and certification of electrical, gas or other installations require a specialist scope and the competent professional. KADANA's issue report is not presented as a technical certification.
